Mystique

$25.00
Sold Out

True to it’s name, Mystique is a bit of a mystery! It's an exceptionally beautiful dahlia, though not the most prolific bloomer. Its delicate petals require a little extra care when working with it, but the flowers make lovely accents in bouquets. A little finicky, perhaps, but rewarding simply because of how gorgeous of a flower it is in both form and colour.

Variety facts

  • Flower form: Stellar

  • Bloom colour: Blush to burgundy

  • Flower production: Relatively low

  • Petal durability: Delicate; benefits from careful handling

  • Best suited to: Accent flowers in bouquets and arrangements

  • Plant height: 3 - 3.5’

  • Tuber production: Varies by plant; 3-8

Please note that this purchase is for the entire plants worth of tubers. Which means a box of potato looking objects - not flowers! A single tuber sold in the spring is typically valued between $8 - $12 each. A plants worth of tubers can range between 3-10 tubers. This is a great saving! The only catch is that you have to over-winter the tubers yourself.
